Scope
This notice describes information handled through the public VINE Solutions website and direct business inquiries. A client service agreement may include additional requirements for information processed during an engagement.
Information you choose to provide
The operating review form asks for inquiry type, name, work email, company name, approximate active driver count, services of interest, a description of the operational challenge, preferred contact method, and a phone number when phone is selected.
Please do not submit employee records, payroll details, passwords, verification codes, driver records, or other sensitive information through the public form.
How the website form works
The current public form validates information in your browser and opens your email application with a prepared message addressed to the appropriate VINE Solutions team. The website does not represent the request as received until you send that email. Your email provider and device may process the prepared message under their own policies.
How inquiry information may be used
Information you send may be used to respond to your inquiry, understand the requested service, prepare for an operating review, maintain business communications, protect the website and business, and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Inquiry information may be handled by authorized VINE Solutions personnel and service providers used for business email, hosting, security, or administration. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and business operations.
Retention and safeguards
Business inquiries may be retained for a period appropriate to the inquiry, the resulting business relationship, recordkeeping needs, security, dispute handling, and applicable requirements. VINE uses reasonable administrative and technical practices appropriate to the systems and agreed business process, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
