Scope

What VINE handles

  • Monitor employee time records in ADP according to the agreed service schedule.
  • Compare ADP clock-in and clock-out records with approved operational source records.
  • Compare ADP records with Amazon Flex app sign-in and sign-out activity when that information is available and approved for use.
  • Identify missed punches, incomplete punches, late clock-ins, early clock-outs, duplicate punches, and other timekeeping discrepancies.
  • Identify missing or incomplete break records when included in the client's timekeeping process.
  • Review new-hire timekeeping status.
  • Review terminated or inactive employee status when required for the payroll cutoff.
  • Monitor and report absences, tardiness, and attendance exceptions.
  • Follow up on discrepancies using the client-approved communication and escalation process.
  • Track attendance occurrences according to client-approved policy.
  • Prepare supporting records for coaching or disciplinary review.
  • Coordinate authorized timecard-correction requests.
  • Track whether each exception is pending, corrected, approved, or escalated.
  • Prepare pre-payroll exception reports.
  • Track timecard completion before payroll cutoff.
  • Prepare recurring attendance and timekeeping summaries.

Client authority

Decisions that remain with the client

The client retains final authority over time-record edits, attendance-policy interpretation, disciplinary action, employee pay, overtime approval, payroll approval, and legal compliance decisions.

Defined boundaries

Important boundaries

  • VINE does not independently change a time record without the required client authorization.
  • VINE does not issue disciplinary action unless the client has explicitly authorized a defined administrative process.
  • VINE may prepare documentation, but final coaching, warning, suspension, termination, and payroll decisions remain with the client.
  • VINE does not provide legal or wage-and-hour advice.
